I heard that if your organization's HR does not respond. The CIC/NSOI will contact the reference member(in your case, your reporting manager) through mail/phone/in person that was mentioned in your reference letter. Anyhow, they just want a piece of clarity/confirmation that you are working/was working for the organizations, you mentioned.
thank you very much. if they contact with manager then its okay :D because i have been maintaining close contact with them for many years.

don't worry, go for nbpnp, your chance in nova scotia is 0.1% so it is better for trying New Brunswick.

Thanks for your reply, but i want to know if it will affect or not even if my chance is very small.
I mean if I submitted EOI and then nova scotia start to evaluate my application, will they know that I have submitted an EOI with New Brunswick and as a result they may refuse my application.

If one province select you then send application withdrawal mail to other province

I just receive ANOTHERRR email from the NSI Agent.... hes not convince that im gonna stay in NS... asking AGAIN why I preffer NS instead of other province.

for me that good news... because this is like the 3rd mail with questions after the call.... if they will like to reject my application they were able to do it a few weeks ago.

Congrats...I think they need you..

Couple of quick questions . Can anyone support me?

If we get PR after the long process with Nova Scotia immigration office and cic does a software engineer need to get certified in Nova Scotia to work in his profession or search for job?

I heard a website called engineersnovascotia . Does it have anything to do with this?
