Hello Everyone

This is with regard to roles and responsibilities letter from my present company, my current employer is not providing roles and responsibilities letter and neither my manager.
So is there any other way to get a valid roles and responsibilities letter (i.e valid with Nova Scotia assessment).

I mean I am a Test Lead, Can i take a affidavit from my peer (Test Lead) mentioning the roles and responsibilities letter ?

Please advise at the earliest.

Prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

Yes I did, but I've been really busy that I didn't have the time to visit this site or update. I'll update shortly.
Congrats on your AOR. Hope you get you nomination soon.

Hi, friends,

Has someone got his/her application received and signed by DETIPA? I've sent via UPS and, in the delivery status, they say they left my package in Front Desk, and signed by DETIPA. I've found it such a different name, and I decided to check with you here, if you've got your package signed by the same person.

Hi
It should be PETIPA, as two members reported in this thread that their applications received by PETIPA.

You're probably right. Maybe people at UPS misunderstood Mr(s). PETIPA signature, and they stated it was received by DETIPA instead.

Thanks!

guys, my package was signed for at the front desk by A. Parker. should i be worried?

As someone who is also going through the process, I very well understand the anxiety that comes with the uncertainty of immigration process. But here are my kind suggestions for fellow dreamers:

1. Please do not worry about who sings your package. It's like comparing who answered your call when you call a customer care number. It is irrelevant and what matters is, did they resolve your issue? If someone signed for your package and you sent it to the right address, rest assured, you are fine.

2. Please read through this forum once before asking questions such as whether the quota is filled. No one knows, at this point.

3. Please get the application guide from NovaScotia website. This could be easily done by the time that it takes you write that post here.

As always, we will be happy to help if you have any questions, provided you took the time to research this forum and couldn't find the answer.

Good luck!

No.
Parker, Cosman, PETIPA, T.Shaw ... are common name who received the application packages in NSOI.

mine was received by J. Petipas...

Dear all

I think it is not important to know who received or signed our applications, important is the date when it get delivered as per the courier company.
It hardly matters who receives at NSOI, your application will reach at right place once it signed by anyone in NSOI.

I am sorry my friend but I do not think anyone can tell you the answer of your question. Well in your case try all option like affidavit etc whatever you can arrange. Because once we do not have the required format, we should try all available option.

Second if anyone has the same case like you and you prepared your documents accordingly, then there is no surety that officer will accept your documents as different officer has different approach to assess the documents if they are not as per required format. So In my opinion send as much documents as you can to satisfy your job role and responsibilities.

Please send asap because you are already too late.
