I have applied NSNP 2015 and my timeline as below:

Package received 0109
AOR for EE profile number received 0210
AOR for jobbank number received 0219

until now, there has been no more update...

It will be faster than before as the system has changed.
I have a query on cap that you guys mentioned that overall 1050 will be this year cap. Is this for all NOC list combined or for each noc separately. For example 2172 will be having 350 for that category alone.

Lastly do any one estimate so far how much people have got AQR as of today.

I have created my EE profile on my own and have 394 points as per the CRS.

So inorder to increase the chances of getting more points I am planning to apply for the nova scotia nominee program.

I have got all the documents except for the dependant birth certificate.

Is it mandatory to have the dependant birth certificate and only then I can send the application ??

Or else is there any work around available for this ??

Please advise.

No, there is no way around this.
You need to submit with the birth certification.
