i wish to apply to Nova Scotia PNP but i am under NOC 0621 which is not eligible for the nominee program, i feel that my BA and hard work experience came down the hill

I saw you entry in spreadsheet and you mentioned that you have already made express entry profile.so how its possible you did not have job seeker validation code ?

Once you will create your profile you will get this code automatically for job registration. and then you have to register in job bank too only then your express entry profile will be activated.

@drajpoot , u are right. I have seen it, it is a four digit number , immediately after express entry profile number.
I think where I am lacking is registering for a job bank.

I need help on how to register for a job bank. that is where I am now.

No JiJI just enter your passport last four digit number will all other relevant details and your are registered with job bank.

Yea you are right, pay stubs, employment letter, letter from your employer stating your duties, but make sure the letter from your employer matches the NOC you are applying for. Start your process soon mate. Cheers.
