It was returned because he mentioned that he was married and filled the education of the spouse. Remember the NSOI is exactly like the point system of FSW. You must provide the ECA of principal applicant and spouse if you are claiming points from spouse education to make up your 67points

Actually according to that applicant, although his spouse holds a Bachelor degree, he didn't claim that points because his spouse didn't have a ECA, and they have already have enough points.

I feel sorry for him, and I am in same situation but haven't heard anything yet. Finger crossed.

You know the applicant? How can we talk to them that they have reviewed it wrongly...

I don't know this applicant. I just happen to read his post on another Chinese forum. And frankly I don't know if simply replying the email he received would be good enough. Probably there are some other ways to file a complain, but I haven't do the research on this.

There are two categories under the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream:
Category 1: Arranged employment in Nova Scotia
You have a permanent full-time job offer (in NOC 2011 Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B) from a Nova Scotia employer. The job offer must meet the arranged employment requirements described in this guide.
Category 2: Paid Work Experience in an Opportunity Occupation
You have at least one year of continuous full-time (or 1,560 hours or more) or an equal amount in part-time paid work experience in the last five years in one of the opportunity occupations listed in Appendix 1.
Once you have determined that you meet the eligibility criteria in one of the two categories, you must also meet all minimum requirements for the Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream, obtain sufficient points under the selection factors, and meet the Minimum Funds requirement.
