Hello,

I am looking for applying my PR through Express Entry Nova Scotia Experience.
Does anyone have idea how long the nomination process takes?

Thanks for the updates D. I heard about landing paper from the guy who got PR 6 years ago. CIC might have changed this.

You may enter in canada without PR card if you are coming back by your private vehicle.
Some examples of private vehicles include, but are not limited to: a car, truck, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle that you own, borrow, or rent. It is a vehicle not available for public use

Returning by commercial vehicle: airplane, bus, train, or boat
You must need a PR card or PRTD

I just have picked up our CoPRs and passportd with visas. from a local Canadian Visit Application Center

Timeline:
PPR on 15.09.2017
Passports sent via CVAC Almaty to VO in Moscow on 18.09.2017
Passports returned to CVAC Almaty on 28.09.2017

Along with CoPR and visas Moscow VO sent us some recommendations regarding to children immunization, custom clearance of personal belongings and so on and also an invitation to attend seminar about life in Canada.

I didn't have a job offer, I work for a NS employer for almost 2 years. As far as I know you dont need a job offer as long as you "
have at least 1 year of work experience in Nova Scotia".

well still no golden email and I'm May 2 AOR...although hopefully next week

Got my gmcs, it say medical and criminality passed, security and eligibility not started. AOR- May 2, it was generated last sept.9. Medical and criminality all done at CIO-sydney, no mention of any file transfer, though secondary office is cpc-ottawa. Guess we all have to wait patiently, pray and pray some more. God Bless guys!!
