Dear Friends,

I am still trying to collect documents and will apply for PCC first week of May hopefully . I have to collect one letter from Canadian Embassy in Riyadh for that i have send them email to add my name in the list to collect the document . But till now I didn't receive any email from riyadh.visa@international.gc.ca . If any one went through the process of PCC in Dammam or Riyadh kindly inform the procedure .

Right now NS is processing 2015 applicants and I think almost everyone's Nomination are given. Not sure further more applicants are there or not.
For 2017 NS will update the demand list in their site. Right now NS website not working may be they are updating.

If your job matches with the job in the demand list then you can apply...no need any job offer.

Get ready your IELTS, proof of fund(POF), ECA, passports, Birth certificates etc. So that when it opens you can apply directly otherwise at that time you have to run to gather the documents.

Dont worry 2017 demand stream will open soon.

Procedure for PCC depends on the country. For Indian PCC you can get directly from Passport Seva Kendra. Don't take ur PCC right now from your current country( means currently staying). The PCC for currently staying country should not be more than 6 months expire. You can take PCC later. Its not at all urgent for applying for demand stream only needed when you apply for PR.

Just wanted to update you guys that I have renewed my passport. Now taken an appointment for PCC.

But had a query: How to update new passport to Express Entry and Nova Scotia immigration??? Where to email??? What's the process??? Luder, any inputs?

You received ITA right? So, meaning you ITA may be tied to your old passport number? Or they're totally unrelated? We don't know!?

I think you can update details within your EE profile on the PR online application. Here's what I think would work.

1. Update it while you can.

2. Include a letter of explanation regarding the Passport renewal thereby explaining the reason why you updated your PP details in your PR application.

3. When you send scanned PP pages, send both new and old, starting with the new PP's first page.

4. As always, send an email to the NSNP case manager explaining the situation. Additionally you can send the new PP copies to NSNP if they want.

Whatever you do, as Kishore advised, make sure the steps you take don't cause delays.

Remember our meeting in NS? No delays, keep in mind!!
