can you share us your timeline?
It's basically a MS Word table where they ask you to compare the duties on your experience letters with the ones listed on NOC 2011 for the occupation that you're claiming experience on.GuiBrazuca said:Guys, sorry but what is NOC comparision table?
ritawallu said:What I can see from this quote is that there might be some other reason for the rejection. As we know, previously the proof of funds required last year were $11,824 and then later on in the mid of the year there was a change, where everyone received a notification of upgraded proof of funds requirement as per CIC i.e. $12164. If your sis has showed the proof of funds according to the previous record of $11,824 and further she did'nt had any sufficient balance in her saving bank account, as Nova Scotia demanded, that could be the reason of rejection. As according to the current data the POF has to be $12,164.
Further, FD can be shown as proof of funds and there is no reason to give a rejection for maintaining an FD, which again we all know is encashable as and when required. The only FDR'S which are not encashable are "TAX SAVER" FD's. These are the FD's which are fixed for complete 5 years and hence, cannot be encashed before time. Otherwise, all other FD's can be encashed at any time. So, I don't think, it is a case of worry if anybody is having the funds in the form of Fixed Deposits.
Hi Ritz,
Thanks for replying on this quote. I forgot the mention the funds she had in her FD in the quote.. she has $14,000 and she also clearly mentioned that these funds are accessible and can be withdrawn anytime.

Yeah I got ITA. I have just sent my application.
About your question - I'm sorry, it was a long wait! Close to 11 months! From application date to nomination. But I assure you one thing. Perseverance will be rewarded! So stay positive. Maybe they'll process nominations faster than before because there is now an electronic way of submitting documents to NSNP which was not there when we sent paper based applications.
Again, all the best
Luder
Thank you for the Kind words, Luder. It's our 2nd draw since we submitted our express entry profile and sometimes it gets difficult just waiting and waiting for the scores to go down. I know others have been waiting longer so we are keeping our hopes up. Thinking positive is the key, I guess and ofcourse perseverance as you said. I wish you well and happy that you're that near to reaching the dream. Thanks for all the help
Thank you so much Rohit. This is the best wish I could ever get in here from the forum. I appreciate the wishes that I get from here. One thing is obvious, nobody keeps such high networth amount in open accounts owing to fraudulent cases, that can happen either by way of debit or credit cards or online transactions. So, if somebody wants to keep the funds for longer period in a safe way, most of the times they keep that in the form of FD's. I don't know what happened with your sister case, well sorry to hear that. But I am sure if she is showing her funds as FD even if she does not maintain enough funds in saving account, it wont have any effect. What CIC demands is to show proper required funds which can taken be off as and when desired.ritawallu said:What I can see from this quote is that there might be some other reason for the rejection.
