Hi D,
So does it mean that the candidate has to update NS within 5 business days as said in pre-aor. What if a candidate replies after those 5 days and update them with POF.

I really do not know how NSOI processing all application but for sure they are following a very good protocol.Technically NSOI sent PreAOR, just to make sure either you are nominated by other province or not because of too much delay in processing and they do not want to waste their time to review application of someone who is already in process of some other province.
So NSOI was just expecting only your reply either you still want them to process your application or not and once they will reach your application they will first see your reply of Pre AOR email and that is why I think it was right time to provide the missing documents or info in that email and request them to consider it cause thats the only time they can attach your document with your application. If you further email them I do not think they can match up something with your application as no file number is assigned yet.

I guess you must update them within specified time period as mentioned in mail Cause may be they are setting up their data that exactly how many application still pending to review and what they need to do clear all backlogs in certain time period. To get to know exact figures may be they are just trashing all those application who gets nominated by another province or in process.

Can anyone help, please?

My application was received at NSPNP on Dec 03, 2015. But I have not yet received any email/pre-AOR. Every time I call NS, they say with that you are on our program. But each time, I give them my email ID, make sure that the spelling are correct and they assure me that I will receive it soon. But nothing yet.

I used a representative. But I have checked with them many times. They have not received anything.

What can I do to get that email? I am really really worried!

I have one question on behalf of one of friends, her app was received by NS in October 2015 and she is expecting her child in February 2017.
My question is what she needs to do in a such situation, as she might b receiving her AOR soon, in October itself. So is she suppose to tell the NS office about her pregnancy at the time of replying to their AOR mail or she has to inform CIC only after receiving nomination from them. I mean to say that she just keep quiet receive the nomination n inform CIC after receiving ITA ie while doing other formalities.
If she doesn't tell NS about the pregnancy then what cud b the replications. Means if she is again suppose to send the docs to NS.

She must inform NSNP about this situation. I know that if you file your application with dependent (Spouse), NSOI need all document of dependents and they mentioned dependent(spouse) name in Nomination certificate and I guess thats why dependent also considered as dependent PR applicant with principle applicant by CIC. I believe if you have more dependents other than spouse their names must be on nomination certificates. As they will generate your nomination file accordingly and will allow each dependent to apply as dependent PR with principle applicant.

So I think she must inform about her situation once she got AOR, I hope she would bless baby before her AOR if not then I would suggest her to mention her expected delivery date and also Most Important thing she would require to show 37,234 CAD as POF if she has 2 dependents (i.e she, her husband and her baby) So whenever NSOI ask for POF she needs to send it according to number of family member (including expecting baby as family member).

Well I suggested her to inform her pregnancy as I doubt if she dint inform may be it would difficult for her to include her baby as dependent in her PR application. I am not sure about it but this is what I think.
And Its better to go safer side does not matter it delayed your process but its much better than the situation if she dint able to include her baby in her PR file just in case.
Again I will say I am not sure and I have no experience for this situation.

Additionally I confirmed that in Nomination certificate NSOI mentioned all dependent's name ie. your wife name, and names of all your kids. So I guess only those are eligible to apply for PR whose names are in nomination certificate.

I know your reply may create doubt on your intention to settle in NS But if you say NO and then somehow NSOI got to know then it would be worst situation. Moreover SINP is online process and they might get to know, you never know.

Yes for the May 16 application I got acknowledgement of receipt. If one apply to another province and it creates doubt why don't the provinces indicate it is prohibited to apply to other provinces in the application guide. I applied NSNP and didnt hear anything for over a year. So they expect someone to wait for ever without trying other potential provinces.

Hi friend, in my case my documents were received on November 25th 2015, and I also received the pre assessment email on June 6th 2016, would it be possible to receive more news this year, or in your opinion it would take up to 2017 to know something.
