Good to see u here after your ITA. Can you please tell me how much time it takes for the PCC and the medicals report? Also, I have one more query if you could help me with it.

If a person IELTS is going to expire within 10 days of the ITA, so does he have to re-appear again. What my experience says, once you get the ITA, your EE profile freezes, so it is not a case of worry to re-appear again for the IELTS. Is it so?

PCC from INDIA : Processing time varies from person profile, and state to state.
Medical report: I guess it takes one week for hospitals to send it to CIC.

As per my knowledge you must have valid IELTS on the day you submit your application, your application may refuse just because of this reason as its clearly mentioned that you must have your valid IELTS score on the day you submit your application either in CIC or NSOI.

Well Drajpoot has already replied to your query. I would just add the following:

1. For PCC i have applied when i got AOR from NS and i would be collecting the PCC this Thursday - 1 month for me here;

2. For medical - I book a few days beforehand and get the required form on same day for online filling. Report sent to CIC within one week by the clinic;

3. Yes you must have a valid IELTS when submitting your application as per the CIC requirements. I think it's only your age that's gets freezed when ITA received- not sure thou.

Everything freezes once you submit your application online.

As you can see, every application sent to NS Demand until the first week of July 2015 should have been in processing by now. You should contact NSOI to check what happened to yours.

Agreed with Skywalker. Moreover I noticed your signature information it says you had received ITA through Manitoba PNP, if thats true you are not gonna received anything cause you are not eligible for any PNP other than Manitoba as you are already in process with Manitoba PNP

Hi Thank you for all of your response. I already sent an email email to NS I'm hoping for their positive reply. Regarding my application to Manitoba it was already rejected due to lack of ties in the province. NS PNP was the first one I've sent an application last March 2015 but I haven't heard from them so I have also applied in Manitoba last Sept 2015.

I guess drajpoot and skywalker has already updated you. But what I feel surprising is that you didnt contacted NS office even after a year. Its almost now more than that, and I dnt find any province takes more than a year to proceed any case. Thats a question of worry. I think you should either contact them by email or by call so that they can solve your case at the earliest. By the way, did you received AOR or pre-aor email from Nova Scotia office??

Its true if your case is already processing by Manitoba than NS wan't update you with anything.

For sure that would strongly create doubt about your intention to settle in Nova Scotia and you have to convince the nominee officer.
