I have also received a simialr e-mail. Can sombody please help me understand what does this means. My NOC is 1111. How much time do they take for assessing our files and what can be the chances. Please help

The email is pretty straight forward. Reading it carefully should be enough for you.

They are asking you if you want to continue with the procedures on your app, by telling them that you HAVE NOT been nominated from another province and HAVE NOT been awarded an ITA directly from CIC.

Simple as that! You MUST answer this email telling them NO for both questions. That if you haven't been nominated by another province of course. If you have, tell them and they won't access your file anymore, speeding up the process for all of us still waiting nomination.

Just received my pre AOR 2 hours ago. I am Dec17 Applicant

Or maybe already starting using it, or a combination of manual processing & e-processing, for all fore-Dec-17 applicants.

More good news! Another AOR from a July 2nd applicant. Soon after the pre-AOR, he got a request to compare his skills to the ones from his NOC.

I am 13th August applicant. NOC 2171, I received pre-AOR today and I need to confirm for further processing my file.

My wife's IELTS is going to expire on 18th of June 2016 (2 years) validity. I already booked another test for her and it is on 25th June 2016.

So, I am claming 5 points in (CLB 4) standards for her and my in Express entry as well.

Would you please let me know whether it would be any issue as I will be expecting result on 7 th July for my wife's IELTS?

Please comment/advice.

My NOC code is 6235, I sent my application in Dec n which was received by NSOI on Dec 15,2015. I can see few have got Pre AOR but I didn't receive anything as of now.
Please what needs to be done from my end.

dont worry, you simply say you are interested and do not mentioned about IELTS in advance, If they start processing file, they will give 45 days to send all forms, so you can utilize that time. Matter is

Sir i understand this... But my concern is whether to take it as a good news or everybody who applied in 2015 will get this. According to me only those who are in there preferred area of practice would get this e mail.
My further respectful query was how much time can we expect as they have already taken 10 months for initiating the process. Ontario is taking 6-8 months.

I am July 30 application, have not received any letter from them yet.

May be NOC wise. Try to poke other NSOI applicant's status with your same NOC
