It was June 2015 that my friend submitted, she got nomination only in April 2016. Dont know how long it will take in case NSOI agrees to reissue the nomination, worst case scenario, they wait for another 6 or even 11 months to do it...

Send an email to NSOI and make sure the subject reads issue nomination in New IRCC Express Entry profile. They are not issuing new nomination rather they will add that information to the new profile. The email should quote your friends reference number issued by NSOI, Complete names and DOB. Once this is done it should be handled.

Hello guy,

My friend has got serious problem right now. she had ITA from Nova and was on the way to complete her file to CIC. However; during the time uploading her full package, she accidentally uploaded my old passport, so Express entry right away rejected her file without giving her a chance to appeal. Do you think if there's any chance that Nova will re-issue the ITA for her so that she can reapply with my new EE profile?

Sometimes people made serious mistake that they arent aware of. She didnt notice it until I checked her myCIC and found out.

So sad...Pls give her and me some hopes

CIC never give chance to appeal, and once the decision has been made on your file CIC close
The file and if you will send email to CIC, rarely CIC is gonna rectify anything, CIC will suggest you to re apply again.

However It's not a big problem just write an email to NSOI to re- issue the nomination certificate for your new EE profile number, just let them know all scenario clearly and hopefully your friend will get nomination again . It will not take much time for them. There are many people who requested NS for re-issue the nomination certificate as their express entry profile was expired.

I checked with my agent, she is saying while creating express entry profile we have option to select which province we are interested to apply, hence she told me she selected nova Scotia province. I have no idea is it good as submitting paper application. Agent is saying if we don't get reply before expiry of profile we can file paper application again. I am in confused stage. I feel I have gone to a wrong agency. Any suggestions at this stage how to correct these things.

Drajpoot has explained it well. Your agent just applied for express entry to CIC and nothing else. If you want to be nominated by NS then you will have to wait for it to re-open. Else if you have high points > 450 then you can wait and see if CIC gives you an ITA. Ask your agent for a copy of the express entry status and you will know if you have been accepted in CIC EE system or maybe you are being fouled. So be careful with the agents. You do not need an agent to do the application for you!!!!!

Regarding USA PCC it is stale over year now n we returned back to India last month. Still i will give a chance by sending it with explanation letter.

Just wanted to know how does NSOI communicate invitation, do they send it thru email or it comes in CIC portal. ?

NSOI will inform you by email that you have been nominated and same time you will get message from CIC through your express entry profile to accept nomination, There would be a link to accept nomination in your express entry profile I guess you would have 30 days to accept nomination, once you accept that you will see 600 points would be added in your profile and in next EE draw you will get ITA.

After accepting nomination within a week you will get nomination certificate by email.
