I am not sure if that's the answer, but if you received AOR and additional documents request, it means the officer didn't reject your application for incompleteness. But I don't know if she will consider the additional letters you have sent. You may try to explain why you haven't done so, but it will be at the officer's discretion to accept it or not. Nevertheless, this period you have mentioned only covers 3 years and 8 months, thus giving you only 2 additional points, which is not enough to qualify under the stream. Now, if you mean that your experience after 2011 was in another NOC, then you also won't qualify to the provincial stream, as your entire experience must be in the NOC you have chosen. It might be that your last years of experience were in a NOC that's also on the NS Demand list. In that case, you can try to explain it to the officer, but remains to be seem if she will accept. Remember that you will qualify exactly with the 67 minimum points only if you have 6 years or more of experience.

I sent the experience letters for the companies I worked for in NOC 2132 from 15.10.2007 till 23.6.2011. Only the reference letters mentioning Skill Sets, No. of Hours worked, Type of reponsibilities undertaken etc were missing, as employers in India provide them only on specific request. These have now been submitted via scan mail on 04.12.2015.
My query is, since now that I have submitted the relevant reference letters from the concerned employers, wef which date the AO would consider my overall work-ex, from date of application received ie 07.04.2015 or date of AOR ie 26.11.2015? Also, the guide mentions :
"In order to meet the minimum requirements, the applicant’s skilled work experience must have occurred within
the 10 years preceding the date of their application.
Letters of reference from all employers for the past 10 years ",
Isnt it true that this work ex should now be in last 5 years only??
Do you have ant sources who can clarify this doubt, and as per your estimates, what total experience will be marked in my application??
The AO has given me a total of 61 based following :
Education : 21
English Prof: 23
Age : 12
Adaptability : 05
Work-ex : 0
She has clearly marked in the query mail, that these points would upgrade once i provide relevant reference letters from employers. So, i think there is a scope of passing the 67 mark.
