Hello Guys,

What will NSOI do with the remaining application files,
that is after they must have reached their CAP of 350 nominations?

Are they going to return them to applicants or what??

REASONS FOR REJECTION ON EXPRESS ENTRY APPLICATION
1. Lack of Education Credential Assessment-ECA(they will just ask for copies of degrees without ECA but when you fail to submit ECA, then the hammer comes)
2. Lack of degrees Certificates: this is where ECA is uploaded without copies of degree certificate
3. WRONG UPLOAD OF DOCUMENTS: All uploads must be only one document, as the second document will cancel out the first
4. Lack of document translation;
5. Use of online bank statements
6. Job Offer wasn't proving it is a permanent job
7. LACK of PCC-Police Clearance Certificate
8. LACK of PCC- for online/correspondence courses done outside your country
9. LACK of PCC - uploading translation of the Police Clearance, not the original one.
10. Missing copy of passport pages
11. Missing of visa, stamps on various travelling done

I have doubt regarding travel stamps. Do we need to submit all old passports including travel stamps? I have four passports and also completed MBA from UK through online, Do I need to get PCC from UK?

My application got cancelled due to my wife PCC from India. I am planning to submit CSE once I get PCC. Please advise. What is the case to submit all stamps that might be many pages how will organize them.

Do you want me to write letter of Explanation for UK MBA?

I am bit worried and tensed as I received the intends to refuse just few minutes back.
Here is what I received:

In order to continue processing your application, additional information is required to be submitted to NSOI within 15 business days of the date of this correspondence. The requested information may be submitted via email, but for ease of reference please ensure that you quote your name and file # ******.

Additional information required:
- Your marriage ceremony took place in 2010 but your marriage was not registered until 2014. Please explain.

- For your intended occupation in Nova Scotia, directly compare your work experience to the lead statement of the occupation description in the NOC 2011, including all of the essential duties and most of the main duties listed. To help you with your search, go to the following website and insert the NOC code under quick search: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Welcome.aspx

Should you fail to submit the requested information by August 5, 2015, your application will be refused and your file closed.

-My marriage took place in the year 2010. As it is not mandate here in India to register the marriage, I did not register for some years. In 2014, I registered in the sub-registrar office because I require a marriage certificate for immigration process.
Kindly guide me, what is the good reason I could give??

-I am working as a Senior Software Test Engineer for which NOC is 2173; I am not able to understand the second requirement.. Kindly guide me please..

I was so unlucky. I receiver AOR last May 22 and my score was been affected by their new scoring system which was released last May.
I will try to convince NSOI to consider my work experience from January2015-July2015 while my application was been lodged in NSOI and i have another 5months experience in my home country which i didnt declare with my application because I thought 5years experience from my 2 employers will be enough to get 15 points.
But since Im here in saudi arabia and its holiday here until july 21 due to ramadan-eid. Hopefuly i can get an updated employment certificate from my current employer so that i can submit to NSOI via email.Hoping they will consider my additional documents.

I suppose that second question refers to missed NOC in your NSNP100 form. maybe you forgot to write your NOC in NSNP100 form like most of guys here. isn't it?

Hi prempaul j,you need not be scared dear,Give nsoi a FULL explanation as to why it was in 2014 you registered your marriage explain to them as u have done so on this forum,that in india its not compulsory you register your marriage immediately...etcthey will surely not penalise you after proper explanations,secondly for the NOC request,i understand what they are asking for,go to cic website under your noc you will see some specific duties outlined for your occupation,get your company to iclude all those duties as part of the duties you perform on your workplace letter head once your workplace can confirm and stamp the letter that you carry out all those duties nsoi will approve your application.Dont be afraid just do whats right and you will be victorious!

I meant if you forgot to write your NOC in page 13 of NSNP100 form which you sent to NSOI before, it made NSOI to ask you about your NOC. Otherwise your duties in experience letter might be unclear so in this case you should clarify your duties by preparing a proper experience letter by your company and send it to NSOI. I am not 100% sure .Guys please confirm to be sure.
