It's almost impossible to say why you haven't yet received AOR, however usually if there is something wrong with the application, NOSI may or may not contact you about it. It's still early days so don't worry about it too much. You may receive AOR in the next coming days, but if not you could try to contact them. We know for cases where an application doesn't pass the completeness check (usually for missing documents or unsigned forms) they will simply return it via regular mail with an explanation letter without issuing you AOR but don't panic. Enjoy the weekend.

Agree with mapleback. As the applicant of 26th Jan are getting AOR, i.e. you are anyhow inside the cap and I hope you did not miss anything in your application. So enjoy weekend, your AOR is on the way next week any time.
Be positive.

Generally agree with my friends, we had some people who got AOR a long time after others in the same boat, such as GNPLC so be positive it's coming soon.

Hey Guys,

Please consider this note in NBPNP Express Entry guide.

To receive a nomination from the NBPNP if you are applying under an occupation that is regulated in New
Brunswick, you must provide evidence of having obtained the proper licensure or certification.

As I already faced this problem when I applied to SINP and my application was ineligible and applied in Nova Scotia on 7th April.
I was happy when NBPNP Express Entry was introduced, but after reading this note. Not possible to apply in this province too..

In NSNP chances are only of 1%. Now god only knows how to reach at CANADA.

Good luck to all the guys.

Hello Ravi Rami

just because you posted here some condition about NBNP Express Entry, I checked the program guide and see the note: To receive a nomination from the NBPNP if you are applying under an occupation that is regulated in NewBrunswick, you must provide evidence of having obtained the proper licensure or certification.

This condition is under Arranged offer of Employment, i.e. this condition is for those who have job offer from New Brunswick Employer and I do not think it has any relation with people who do not have job offer because to get the license or certification you must need to pass the exam and that you can take only in Canada so this condition is not anyhow applicable for those who are not in Canada. I do not know about SINP program but I m bit sure that same condition would be there only for arranged employment.

Thanks for your concern Mr. Rajpoot,

But even they have mention another note under education criteria which is "If you are being considered for nomination under an occupation regulated in New Brunswick, you will need a valid offer of employment from a New Brunswick employer."

and obviously why you look for other province as you are nominated for NSNP.

Hi all,

I am new to this forum.

I am currently in the EE pool with score 387. Have submitted my PNP application to Nova Scotia and it was accepted on 29 Jun.

Till date, I have not received the AOR. Any idea which acceptance date they are currently processing?

Wish you all big success in immigrating to Canada.

Hello buddy,
This is quite normal as AOR are being sent to those who've sent their application on January 26th. Please be patient and wait at least for 2-3 months.

Hello Ravi Rami

Yes, I checked this note. it seems that they are asking valid job offer of NB employer from those applicants whose occupation is regulated in New Brunswick. and asking license or certification from those applicants who have already job offer from NB employer.

I am sure they will modify this note, otherwise this program is only for applicants whose occupation is non regulated. such as 1112,1225,2171, 2172,2174,2282...

Unfortunately your NOC 2133 is regulated in whole canada, I also checked 2241 which is also related to your occupation but that also regulated in this province. Please check some another NOCs it might be possible the job duties which you perform may come under some another NOC which is non regulated.
