After a long and tough journey, I'm delighted to announce the arrival of my NOMINATION. I'm finally going back to my province of origin in Canada.

I was asked to additional document on May 6th, which included;
1. Settlement plan
2. re-write my job description
3. generic form IMM 0008
4. correspondence from SINP
5. Updated statement of account
6. Updated pension fund
7. Why i chose Sydney, NS.

I submitted the additional document on 21st of MAY and today I got my nomination . #

How to update spread sheet as I made mistake by entering application received 04-Feb-15 instead it was 22-Jan-2015.
I have received AOR on 14-May-2015 and replied on 22-May-2015.

Dear Gurus,

I need suggestions on my IELTS report as mine is expiring on 17-Aug-2015.
I can see few member have received their nomination and ITA around 2 to 3 month after their AOR received.

I have received my AOR on 14-May-15, So by the time I will get NSNP nomination (expecting end of July 15) IELTS expiring on 17-Aug-15.
So what I must do in this situation ,,,,Shall I ready with new IELTS before NSNP nomination/ITA arrive ?

I will advice you write another ielts immediately to be on the safer side and forward the result to nsoi

I have gone through a similar situation and the Immigration Officer was very clear that IELTS should be valid not only when you receive the nomination but also when you apply to CIC after ITA. That is, while making the nomination decision, the officer will expect you to have at least two months time before your IELTS expires. HTH

Congratulations Sesytrice.. A very good news from you and I think that there should have been lots of last moment strive to get those mentioned documents.. Anyways you achieved..
May I know did you send the hard copies to Nova Scotia or did you scan the documents and sent the scanned copies through email?

Yes I sent both the scanned copy and the hard copy via speed post. I addressed it to the nomination officer and he acknowledged receiving it.
