Hi Guys,
Got my ITA yesterday, and there are some points in the ITA letters that I want to share with you, which may clear the problems that some of us may have.

Changes to your personal situation
If your situation (or that of your spouse or partner) changes, you should try to re-calculate your points score
before you decide to apply for permanent residence. To find out how to re-calculate your score, see:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/express/express-entry.asp

If your new score is lower than the minimum points score in the draw from which you were invited to apply, you
should consider declining this invitation to apply. You should also consider declining this invitation to apply if
you no longer meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry.
WARNING: If you decide to apply in the above cases, your application may be refused and your application fee
will not be returned.
Some examples of changes which could result in a lower points score include:
• You no longer have a valid job offer
• You no longer have a provincial nomination
• Your language test scores have expired or upon re-taking them, the scores are lower.
Note: If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points
total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence.
@kelfinwong,
Congrats on ur ITA and thanks for the Clarification.
It really soothes the nerves.

Thanks again and congrations on your ITA.

I just hope to get a higher IELTS before NSOI nominates me in mid-May.

However, I assume I would be OK even though I can not get a higher IELTS score before they nominate me. I understand that if I go back into the EE pool before the nomination and EE profile expires, I could get ITA. Anyway, I will see and I'd better hurry.

kelfinwong said:
Hi,
If you check the red lines of my last thread, you may find that it indicates that you have to be in the pool when they send you the ITA.
It does not matter if you are in the pool or not before the ITA, but you have to be able to stay in the pool when they issue you the ITA, so that you can accept it.
And it does not matter if you have your birthday after the ITA, which have been indicated by the red lines, because you have already accepted their ITA at that time.
Hope my answers solve your problem.

Hi Guys,

I have applied to NSNP Express Entry Demand 2015 and my application was received on Jan 22, 2015. I have contacted NSOI several times by email requesting about status or any updates for my application. But, I only receive reply that "according to our process it may take up to 3months". Does anyone have any idea about the actual process time, does it happens earlier than 3 months.

Anyone who have received nomination letter or email please provide updates about following. It will be very useful to other applicants like me;

1) Date when the application was received by NSOI
2) Any correspondence email received by NSOI before the decision was made about nomination.
3) Have NSOI selected all the 300 application and is the NSNP Express Entry Demand cap reached for 2015?
4) Do they contact applicants whose application is not chosen for nomination or they just send the application back, i.e. how can I make sure that my application is processed and selected for NSNP.

Guys please help as NSNP is the only hope for me else I would have to consider applying to some other country instead of Canada probably NZ.

Thanks

Hello my friend

Welcome in the thread. We all are in same boat like you and No one knows the actual processing time But we are trying to level best to get some idea about the dates of application which are currently in process and number of application processed till today.
For this we have made "Spreadsheet" you can see. As per that currently applicants whose application received on 14th and 15th January are getting AOR.
I will also suggest you to enter your details. both links are below in my signature line.

MESSAGE
We all including member of this thread, silent readers and all NSNP-applicants around the world have the same question in our mind that how many numbers of application has been accepted till today? and our application would be considered or not?
We can get this answer so easily without sending email to NSOI very easily if we all make entries in SS and update our status.
By making entry in SS, we can make ourselves a bit tension free and also help others too I do not think there is any harm to enter your application details in SS.

My special thanks to all 76 applicants who are in our spreadsheet that they help us to know that currently NSOI is working on which date of applications. All of you can imagine if we do not have these people in SS, we all were blank So please make entries and help everyone.

Thank you.

Hi Drajpoot, thanks for the reply. I really appreciate your efforts in preparing the SS and I guess it would be really helpful to all of us. But, there are lot many people around the globe who are not aware about this website and sheet. So this doesn't represent very accurate data still this is very useful. Thanks a lot. Also, I would request users in this group to please keep sharing about their process updates regarding NSNP. I would be doing the same. Currently waiting to hear from NSOI hope at least they inform what is going on as the wait period is quite frustrating and they don't provide any updates on their website as well.

Thanks for all your help and updates; really appreciate it. Guys! please keep updating the sheets as and when you receive any communication or AOR.
