My question is that I need Regulatory or Licensing Credentials for this NOC 7205.

Your PR has zero conditions. However, there are two camps in terms of opinion on that.

One group: You can leave the province. Its a moral obligation.

Second group: You cant leave the province for the specified period. If you do you may have issues at citizenship stage.

I would probably stick to the 1st option from legal point of view.

However, if i would be in the situation i would follow 2nd option.

I did not get it correctly. So if one gets PNP and then PR on that basis, is there a requirement set by province or CIC to stay in that specific province?
or any other condition?
