I am just preparing docs and forms needed for NSPNP. I am also doubtful about 'Documentation to show experience match with NOC 2011'
because they are saying 'In your application to NSOI you will need to demonstrate that you:
• performed the actions described in the lead statements for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC 2011, and
• performed a substantial number of the main duties, including all of the essential duties, of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of NOC 2011'
I know an employment reference letter might satisfy what is needed above, but in the application guide on page 26, they have a checkbox for employment reference letter and a another checkbox on page 27 for documentation to show experience match with NOC 2011. From this it looks like that they are wanting some other type of document apart from empl ref letter to demonstrate that I have performed duties and actions described in the NOC description. I don't have any type of appraisal letter. What else would be a good document to provide for this purpose?
I can provide copies of pay stubs, how many pay stubs would be sufficient?
I would appreciate input from anyone that has experience in this.
