Scan your document in pdf files and you can reduce the sizes of pdf files using pdf size reducing software. You can easily find them by google. Just make sure all the documents are clear enough for reading after reducing the sizes.

Informatively I am one of most unfortunate guy got rejection from FSW-2014 for unknown reason after waiting almost 1.5 years (11th hour) with some other guys. My IELTS is gonna be expired on OCTOBER. As CIC Singapore visa office did not ban us and asked to re-apply based on our interest, just want to taste luck one more time by NSNP.
