yes u can apply for both fsw and NSNP but you have to drop one at visa office stage.

This is their reply to my query. But i clarified if it also applies to rlmds

The Nova Scotia portion or your application – Nova Scotia Nominee Program – has a processing time of 3 months or more. After your are nominated, ou then have to submit your Federal application to Citizenship and Immigration Canada - the government office that has the final decision related to immigration. Please visit cic.gc.ca to find out their processing times.

But both provinces ask if you have application to other provinces, if u don't declare then that's something that needs to be explained to the cic. I have the same issues but im holding back as to whether i can risk applying to both

No, they put now quota they received lot of application so as of now they will accept 150 only in each..................may be they close very soon. bad luck :'(

Hi there!! my consultant told me ther is no problem if you are putting file for different regions..!! I have also put file for quebec last july..but i'm not gonna pass french B2 Level exam. I am sure my file would reject. And that's why i am thinking about to put file for nova scotia.
