Following bio-data information they requested me:

-Please provide the following information for yourself and each dependent:

· Name and date of birth as they appear in your passport

· Passport number

· Passport expiry date

· Height (in cm)

· Eye colour

buddy u have to wait for 2 3 months to get medical if ur visa office is not in canada

It totally depends on visa office, the time it will take. In my case, with Abu Dhabi VO, almost 7 months passed but no news / update nor a Medical Request.

They didn't request additional documents in my case. I got directly MR+RPRF+bio-data information after 6 months of my application received at CIO and after 4 months from AOR.

I agreed its totally depend upon visa office for MR.

Great news! Your application got to CIO in August! MR depends on VO.

I don't think you need to do so, unless you traveled with a visa to Thailand. In that case, write it in ur cover letter to CVO as you send ur RPRF.

I got Visa on Arrival when I landed there.

Thanks a lot for sending across the link. Apparently, I am unable to check my status on the mentioned link

Problem is that, in my passport surname/family name is BLANK/EMPTY, First and last name are in my GIVEN NAME on passport. In my application to CIC, I had filled LNU (last name unknown) as my Surname/Family name. When I fill these details in ECAS link, it shows up error.

Would highly appreciate if someone faced similar issue or could direct me to the resolution !
