But what is your NOC/skill? Without job authorization you have little chance of getting a job offer. The employer must show that no Canadian/PR could be hired so they must be on the designated employer list. Most have specific skill sets or NOCs they are looking for. Your past work experience must match the NOC they are hiring for. There are so many people out of work in NS.
