Nova Scotia NOI ( when applying it show message application for this stream are not being accepted this time)

Hi friends, I'm posting this in case someone faces a similar situation. I received the NOI 12 hours ago, and now I am applying for the Nova Scotia Labour Market Priorities Stream. After creating my profile, it shows a message that applications for this stream are not being accepted at this time. They only give 30 days to complete the NSPNP application. What should I do? Please help!
