Hello Everyone,
Nova Scotia has sent Letter of Interest to 314 candidates under Labor Market Priorities (NOC 4214 "early childhood educators and assistants").
While I understand most of the people under Express Entry pool, would have done their ECA done, the next step-is the process of Applying for Classification.
Step 1: Obtain an international credential assessment. Information about this process can be found here: https://www.cicic.ca/927/identify_the_organization_responsible_for_recognition.canada
Step 2: Apply for a classification. Information about qualifications and the application process can be found here: https://www.ednet.ns.ca/earlyyears/pd/ClassificationforStaff.shtml
I understand NOC 4214 is a regulated occupation and one needs to get training to get the license to work in Nova Scotia. Can one obtain the license staying in home country while the application/ EOI is under process? Can NSNP reject the application - If the review determines that your application is insufficient to meet any of the qualifications for a Classification or School Age Approval?
Thanks for clarifying.
