i got a news that The processing time for eligible applications can be completed within two months.
if it is so ,then its quite reasonable then SINP.

NSNP Approved: 14-Oct-11
App to Buffalo: 3-Jan-12
Ecas App received: 25-Feb-12
Medical request: End of March 2012
Ecas Medical received: Probably in May 2012

As far as i know you need a job( or atleast when i applied under international graduate), one of the requirements is that you should have at least 3 Month experience also there is a form for your employer to fill out for your NSNP application.
There are other streams you can apply as.. i dont know the requirements but here is the website.

yes offcourse u must need job offer and IELTS to apply for NSNP.
unfortunately there is no other way without job offer.

Form 100 + CIC forms sent to Employer: 29-08-2014
Package recieved by the Employer: 03-09-2014

Employer will send the complete Pack to NSNP along with Form 200. We have not taken the IELTS tests so can it affect our approval process in any way? What is the average time of approval of NSNP?

I have applied under skilled worker stream with a job offer on 11-04-2014, I received my file number on 28-04-2014, still waiting for the approval...

Wow that's a crazy waiting time. My wife's employer has informed her that they have submitted the package along with NSNP200 on 13th Sept 2014. We haven't received any file numbers as of now.

Just curious if you have included IELTS results in your package?

my employer also sent my application to NS PNP office
under skilled worker PNP on 14-8-2014

but still no response

can u please tell how much PNP office will take to approve our application
and also confirm me what is the procedure followed by the PNP office to access our application
