Nobody knows when NS Demand will reopen. Check out the Provincial Nominee room in this forum and you will find a thread of NS Demand applicants for 2015. They are still processing December 2015 applicants, once they are done processing those people you can expect to have the program open again for new applicants. The good thing is that they will probably move to an online platform rather than paper based

Hi,

Anyone knows if somebody was able to submit an application in 8 May? Some Canada immigration web sites are stating that all 250 places were fulfilled. I know that site crashed in about 10 minutes, so I do not explain how this was possible, taking into consideration that average time for completing the application is 60 minutes. Thanks,
