Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry for 2017

I need to know when will "Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry" will open in 2016-2017.

As per their website
"Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry is not accepting new applications at this time."

Any idea when they will open to accept new applicants. Is there any way i can track it or find in advance.

My consultancy says that Nova Scotia accepts applications only physically not online.
The reason I am asking is that they are charging me extra money for it.

1. Please let me know whether this can be applied online when category opens?
2. How do we come to know that NS is accepting applications? Is there any prior announcements.

You need to find a new consultant. Or better (and cheaper), do it own your own...

According to this website : https://novascotiaimmigration.com/move-here/nova-scotia-demand-express-entry/ and the posts above, they are not accepting applications at this time.

I would be very careful with the consultants you are with... or better yet, fire them for incompetent.

They want to implement online EE system - I actually think they did, but have not started accepting.

Funny. My Tarot card says January 10th. Wait, I see more info floating in the subconscious .... it says, it will only be in January coz the NS guys are on vacation mode from the 20th of December to the 7th of Jan.
