Hi Guys, I’ve one question I’m graduated from Nova Scotia. I’ve papers from my AIP designated employer. Is it necessary to work 30-32 hours per week ? As I said I’m from Nova Scotia graduate I’ve worked more than 2000 hours while I was studying. My current employer is giving me AIP support but they don’t give me 30-32 hours. Will it impact on my application?

One of the requirements is that the job given to you be full time. So yes, there's some potential it could be a problem if you are working less than 30 hours per week. That would indicate that your role is not full time.

So I haven’t started the process yet. If they are not able to give me 30 hours should I apply for PNP instead ? Because they are saying go for your endorsement you will get it. But right now I’m very confused what should I do ?
