My timeline is:
2 Nov, 2011- application received at buffalo VO
10 March, 2012-got email from ottawa regarding my medical
19 March, 2012- medical done
17 April, 2012- medical reports received status updated
20 April, 2012- in process status appeared

Till today- in process only
