Immigration time line

Employer submitted pre screen on Oct 15 2015

Application received on Oct19 2015

Employer received cofirmation letter from immigration office saying the application is now processing Nov 5 2015 Morning


Received a call from PNP, file will be backlogged Dec 14 2015


Oct 24 2016, received Pre-Screen approval letter

Nov 7 2016, PNP application sent by expresspost Tracking #: PG375315911CA

Nov 9 2016, PNP application sent and received by PNP office Tracking #: PG375315911CA

Nov 10 2016, PNP application received by PNP office by letting me know through email(I asked) still waiting for AOR

All fields must be completed, if not applicable mark "NA", with exception of date and number

Can you please guide me on employer pre-screen form. I am preparing my application for employer pre screen and require the assistance on following issues:

The company accountant says he doesnot know about:

"141 (Accounting Practitioner Information) for the past three years." instead he gave me 1100 three years


Secondly,
On employers guide it says that "Note: Employers may submit other evidence
to support the number of employees with
their company (i.e. Ceridian or ADP report)
in lieu of a T4 Summary."

my company doesn't have Ceridian or ADP report but instead my company requested CRA for PD7A, is it going to be acceptable?

Please guide!
