Hello Ramzy,
If you have already received a PER then there is no need to worry about the notarisation. I am not sure but I think as per new guidlines you are not required to notarise docs anymore. Anyhow, even if you need to, then this is how I did it.
Work Experience - I took my labour contract to the Ministry of Labour for attestation. Then took the attested contract to Ministry of External Affairs for their attestation.
Education Certificates - Sent it to India for attestation from a laywer (worked out cheaper)
If it is attested by the Ministry of Education of your home country, then you can take them to your embassy for attestation.

Transcripts - submited orginal in a sealed envelope from the university.

Hi Ramzy,
I had read it in one of the posts, thats is why I mentioned I am not sure. But you can download the application guide from CIC website and check if there is any mention of notarisation.
I had my Labour Contract for every 3 years so I sent that.
When I had applied the previous application guide specifed Univrsity Sealed Envelope for transcripts. But the new one may be different. Please check through.
In my opinion, if you have received your PER then whatever docs you have sent have been accepted. If London Visa Office requires anything different then they will ask. This is not a situation where they will reject your application. So relax and don't be so worried.
By the way I live in Dubai so not aware of notary public in Abu Dhabi.

Hi,
I am new immigrant and will be comming soon to Canada, i have the below questions & i need advice:

1) We are a family of three (husband, wife & child), would CAD 2500 be enough to survive, the most important for me is to stay in a good neibourhood with near metro exit in Toronto.
2) If my salary is between CAD 1800 - 2000 is there any Tax i have to pay or no Tax for low income such as this.
3) I am ready to take any survival job, but how long i have to live on my savings till i find one, would it take more than 6 month to find survival job. & how to look for survival jobs please advice.
4) After coming to Canada & finding job, how much my annual income should be so that i can sponsor my parents for parents super visa (10 years).

Thanks & regards,
