Have been a year since I applied for my permanent residence, I just hope to have any news soon.
My question is: When they ask you for medicals or you get the AIP they send you an email or mail?

I know that, thanks. That’s why I said “hope” or soon but I also know that soon can be 6 months or a year more. My question was is they send notifications by email, mail or both... Thanks in advance

Ok... The way CIC gets in touch with you is different if you are looking for Asylum or if you are applying for Humanitarian grounds? Otherwise I do not understand what is the importance of mentioning it since I am only asking the way in which the agents notifies you the next step or requests additional information (by conventional mail, email or both). I'm sorry if maybe my English is not understandable enough.
