I have got rejected once earlier.
Reapplied 31 days back.
All me n my friends have summited the same documents. They received a approval mail.
And i have just received a mail saying my passport has been dispatched. What is this suppose to mean ?

Hi guys I applied my Canada visa file before 2 months. After one month I got a refusal email. Very next day I applied for disclosing of refusal reason. Now about 21 days to go.they do not dispatch my passport .Can I keep still hope for Canadian visa.

If you have already got refusal email from IRCC then your application is closed. You will need to reapply for a study permit again.
