notification mail sent from CanadiaN HIGH COMM. on approval???

Hi guys,


i had a query for all those who got their study permit accepted / rejected. i have been rejected once under SPP for study permit. i have heard and read at few websites that whenever you are granted a visa (study permit) you usually get an email directly from the high commission congratulating you for being granted a visa for study / work. IS IT TRUE??

i know VFS sends email and notifications but its about status of the passport in transit / process .

i would be grateful if any of you experienced / senior members could clarify my doubt.

Yes, I also want to know if it true. Vfs says that it is not true because some received with no mail at all. however, I've seen that many people has been denied when they have no emails received confirming their approval.

yup.. thats true .. they send mail ... in most of the cases confirming the approval but if you applied through an agent .. then the mail will go to his id not yours...

if I have no agent. then will it mean refusal?

no then it means ... 50 % chances still there .. sometimes mail arrives when the passport has already been recieved

yes, their is still chance,you will know if you got visa or not once you get your passport, good luck.

so applied on 25th july n my visa still under processing.. and my representative is canam consultancy.. s u r saying tht mail would go to my consultancy nt me..right..? plz ellaborate..?

bcuz ritika mam of urs canam consultancy has put their own email .. canam@canamgroup.com ... instead of urs ... In application form... dats y ...

I think they will send mail to the given email id that you have provided in the IMM1294E form.

If we don't get approval mail that means rejection...
