Hi, Applied for an elderly parent ( who doesn’t speak English or French ) earlier in May.
Received a letter today to appear for a Microsoft team interview. Is this a normal process for elderly applicants who doesn’t need language or knowledge test ?

Thank you. The interview went well and the officer said we can now look for oath ceremony email and make my parent practice the oath ( lip movement ).
they mentioned oath invitation should come within 3-4 months. I am wondering how long does it usually take to get oath invitation after interview?

There's no real timeline except the general average time to process 80% of application, now set at 6 months.
