I'm from Pakistan, he didn't dig my case much, was kinda smooth hearing, asked so many question but were more like conversation, was not emphasizing on any particular point or didn't confuse me much, hopefully will get positive decision soon

the hearing was good and smooth as well, but he was so worried because there were too many contradictions in his visa application but he told the judge that he didn't apply for the VISA For himself, It was 2 weeks and a half.. but I have another friend who has got his nod and it was 8 weeks and it was positive. Do you think a judge can refuse your claim just because someone lied in his visa application to get in Canada/?
Ideally there shouldn't be any contradictions in anything related to one's story or application, but eventually member is the one who has authority to decide, but as per my knowledge if he justified it well and apart from that he didn't make any other mistake e.g IFA or credibility, then he should be hopeful for a positive result
I am still waiting for my N.O.D as well,.. the minister attacked on my credibility but It was on my visa application as well and I wasn't the one who applied my visa I even included it in my narative.. I am still waiting.. I am feeling stresses hope it's a positive.. did you get your nod yet?
my country is so small and I think it's okay for the IFA as the national documentation package explains alot about my case that it's all in my country and it's systematic... how do you think?
Don't be stressed, pray to God, you'll surely get a good news soon, if you managed to tackle well on your credibility questions, then you shouldn't be worried, moreover, I haven't yet received my NOD, around 7 weeks now, hoping and praying to get it soon with positive result.
If you're from a small country and NDP seconds your narrative then yes, it makes sense that you shouldn't be worried about it, rest is credibility... So fingers crossed, soon you'll get good news bro.. Keep us in your prayers too
ooh sure, all my prayers to you ..I will let you know when I get my nod.. in my hearing I tried to remember as many details as possible and also I didn't contradict to any dates in my narative. Even in my evedence .. what else can they check on my credibilty?? and I claimed my refuge in my first month here. ..
