I received call from IRB to pick up my NoD letter. my hearing was on 22Nov.

Was it positive. And judge told you are hearing yes or no

It feels relived if your decision is positive at hearing but if you have to wait another I don’t know Indefinite time in limbo again.

If you don’t get ur positive decision on the same day. It’s indication of more worries. What are you experiences with that.

If you don’t get your decision on the same day doesn’t mean a rejection, the member just needs more time to look at your case and decide later, stay positive.

Thank you for atleast giving me a hope. Do you know someone who got accepter later on viva a letter. If anyone else have been through same situation please share ur experiences plz

My parents had a refugee hearing on july 29, more than a month ago and still nothing.. its a legacy case back from 2011 and they're still living in a limbo. After a 4 hour hearing judge said will send the decision in mail.. hope it comes soon and be positive...

Update: just received notice today September 12. Unfortunately its negative, we will appeal

It depends

Someone wait for 3 weeks while the others wait for several months, such as 3 months

I had my hearing on Nov 16th, the judge didn't tell me her decision and I don't receive it yet.

Have you got your dections ? hopefully positive. how long did it take to get notice of decision.

1st she said i will give you the answer orrally,after she asked me a lot of questions ,then she told my laqyer to ask me , after he finished , again she told me i want to ask you .. it was around 3 hours ... after that she told me i will send my descion later

do they give you oral decision at the end of hearing or not.

No she did not say any thing end of the hearing my heart nag was 7 hours
