So she wants a visitor visa? She shows her own funds, travel history, ties to return (job letter with approved leave, business, properties, spouse/child) and valid reasons to travel. What does makeup/salon work have to do with a visitor visa?
So what ties is she showing to return to home? How old is she? What are her reasons to travel? Does she have money? If she doesn’t have a job or is going to school then she is unemployed.
She has done 10th .. she undergoes some mental issues after then and now her brother wants to apply for her visitor visa and then converted her visa into work permit then .. so thats the plan
So she has to say she is unemployed in her visa form if she doesn’t have a job. She shows her own money not her brother. She shows ties to return home as well as travel history. Her brother writes letter of invitation.
You cannot convert a visitor visa to a work permit. She needs a job offer with approved LMIA from an employer proving no Canadian or PR has the experience/education to do the job, only her. Then with approved LMIA, she applies for a closed work permit showing that she has the experience/education with job reference letters, IELTS and ECA, if required.
Actually his brother filed tax income of her under makeup job title and now he is looking for employer to show that she has done job at that place and some cheques of her back date …
So she will want ECAs for her education to match the NOC. She will want job reference letters that she has done the job in home country. If self employed then references from past clients. Taxes/cheques prove nothing. The job must be full time and permanent. Most make up artists work for stores or are self employed. She has to show that no one has her skills/experience over a Canadian or PR. Is her brother forging fake documents
She still needs a TRV with funds, ties to return, travel history etc.
If she is self employed, she shows ITR, client list, references, receipts, contracts, business registration, lease etc.. She shows appointments and contracts with clients to return.
So if she needs employer to show her job and all she must find employer first then her taxes can be filed according to the cheques and salary slips of back date
Is this for showing ties to return? To show ties to return - child/spouse, business (registration, invoices, taxes, lease), income properties, investments, job. If she has a job, she shows payslips, bank statements and include a job letter from employer with the approved leave. The letter will state how long she has been with the employer. She wants to show long term employment with a salary to support herself and give her financial stability.
Filing tax record also may be shown to fill the gaps after her study and to have more chances of getting visitor visa
Ok. Taxes are over a year. But she is still not working to show ties to return. Seems like they are trying to forge documents to lie about her experience. This can lead to a 5 year ban.
