Nothing recieved by Immigration officer on arriving canada study permit

Hi,
I have a query, will be grateful for the help.
I am on a study permit arrived few days back in canada but didn't get anything from Immigration officer at canada airport, no arrival stamp, no any document , no SIN number. Nothing. She just checked my passport and asked if i am on study pemrit and handed me back my passport and let me in. Do i need to worry about it, what should be my next step now?

It is really strange. When you enter Canada for the first time you are issued your study permit and work permit at the POE. You can get your SIN number by visiting Service Canada it is not issued at the POE.
What is the course and it's duration that you are enrolled for?

Definitely a problem, they probably thought you were a returning student not new student, you wont be able to study or get sin without the study permit. Try calling IRCC about what to do but I beleive you need to go to a POE to get the papers.
