I got refusal mail on 10 sep

But didnot receive passport back...tracking id shows your application is being processed

Unfortunately, it's a refusal for sure.

As the VFS site is not linked to the IRCC site, it will not display processing status or updates

sadly No because you already got decision . You will get back your passport
