Has the book changed from these summary notes on 2024? Anyone took the test recently?

The only change in Discover Canada is that the oath of citizenship now lists Charles III instead of his mother. If not mistaken, IRCC sends a separate paper for that, but the book itself remains unchanged. These notes are all still relevant.

Yeah, I'm in Quebec and got some Quebec ones. And the only three I got wrong were sports related ones that weren't in the study guide. Which kind of made me mad. I don't think that's fair. I won't say more because we aren't allowed but ugh.

Hi, maybe dummy question but, in real test does it make sense from which province you are doing your test? For example from BC - questions will focus more about BC etc?

Most are from all of Canada and the study guide but you can have ones from your specific province about current things that aren't in the book, that you'd know if you lived there, So if you're from BC, there likely will be questions like that about BC. It's probably to show evidence of personal engagement in your community. And, no your question is not a dumb question in my opinion. They make you agree to not discuss the test with others too so it's hard to answer because you really aren't supposed to. I'd go by what it's showing on the practice tests. All I'll say is expect some about the current situation where you live.
