Notarized letter in Australia, please help!

Hey all, I'm currently in a panic!

I'll skip past the long story, but does anyone know where/who in Australia can notarize a letter? Google's not being helpful, but that may just be my panicked state unable to research.

If anyone can tell me anything I'd be greatly thankful
