I need to send my document to Buffalo under FSW3 category. I notice in the checklist of buffalo that we only need photocopied documents . only document not in english or french needs to be notarized. Is this true that we can send only photocopy of all education certificates and only original PCC and language test result.

Seniors please help on this. As notary charges are very high in canada. So if anyone has gone through the same situation
