Notarized copies needed? Outland Application

The application will be processed in New Delhi..
do we need to notarize marriage certificate/voter id/birth certificate/passport pages' copies etc.
or is a photocopy just fine?

Unless otherwise requested you need to submit only PC's. However if there are translated documents it is always better to have them certfied as true copies.

the only documents i have notarized and translated was a police certificate which has to be original, all other documents except police clearances were photocopies
