Hey all,

Need more help. Guidelines document states that when u get ur documents notarized, the authorized person should write the following:

„„I certify that this is a true copy of the original document‟‟
 the name of the original document
 the date of the certification
 his or her name
 his or her official position or title
 his or her signature

But in my case, he put a stamp reads

1) 'True Copy'
2) His name
3) Official Position
4) Regd no.
5) date
6) his sign

My issues are:

1) He did not completely write '„„I certify that this is a true copy of the original document‟‟ or did not put the name of the original document?
2) Moreover, he did not sign on every page. E.g. for passport ( i need to submit a copy of all the pages), he stamped each page but signed only the first and last page.

Guys please advice if this is fine or should I get the documents notarized again.

Thank you

Hi explorer..

my visa office is New Delhi, India.

These are the standard notary stamps in India working fine for ND Visa Office. I had the same and I am in Canada. Dont worry send your documents.
Passport copy need no notary stamps.

awesome... thanks explorer

do we have to notarized our birth certificate also ?
