not sure if my NOC is user support tech or network technician

Hi everyone,

I am trying to figure out which NOC code to use for express entry and I feel that I might be able to use either one of them and it will be accepted.

2282 - User support technicians or
2281 - Computer network technicians

I work in a security company who provides CCTV security cameras to businesses. Basically, a field technician physically installs the cameras, modem, switch etc and phones me to check if everything is working on my end. I then configure the equipment remotely (make sure the modem has the correct ports open, cameras using the correct resolution etc). I also assist in troubleshooting equipment when a tech goes onsite to solve a problem such as if a modem/router is offline etc.

I made a screenshot with my duties and NOC 2282 and NOC 2281 side by side to try figure this out.

I'd say go with 2282. The keywords match more.
