Not recieved e-mail with file no. yet

Hi! Friends,

I had sent my initail application in march 2010 from USA. They have withdrawn 1100$ from my account a month ago, but I have not recieved the e-mail containing the file no yet. I am really worried. Please help...

They must have sent you e mail or letter after initial assessment. Check your spam box properly. Normally they send the letter of initial assessment within 10 days of realization of payment. Payment is only taken when they find that application is as per MI.

I have checked the spam lot of time. I didnot find it over there. And I am sure that I have not deleted it. What should I do. Please help...
