not receiving automatic acknowledgement

Hello everyone,

I sent email to ottawa office for change of visa office for passport printing. However, I did not receive automatic mail acknowledgement since last 3 days. Previously, I got it everytime in 5 to 10 minutes of sending mail to them.

Is this happened to anyone recently. What to do in such case. How do we know that our mail is reached them.

I sent it 3 times but no automatic acknowledgement received.

Please share your thoughts.

Hi,

I have sent three emails to CPC-CTD-OTTAWA@CIC.GC.CA and still have not received any automatic acknowledgement after one week. They asked me to send a scan copy of my passport and I emailed it to CPC-CTD-OTTAWA@CIC.GC.CA three times, but no automatic answer yet... I am not sure what to do and when I call CIC they have no idea and cannot help.

Please let me know if you find a solution and I will post if I find anything.

Pardon my ignorance, but does the auto acknowledgement stopped coming randomly?

I dont know that, but never happened to me before thats why i am concerned.

Yes, sent some documents and no acknowledgment.
