Not received my PR card

Hello,

I landed in Canada on May 6th 2022. I had to leave Canada due to a family illness in theUK before I received the card In the post. I am still outside of Canada, but the card has still not arrived (to my friends Canadian address I supplied)

does anyone know how I check if it has been sent or what I can do to get it reissued?

I understand I can apply for paperwork to reneged the country, but would rather get the card and have my friend mail it to the UK

Did you link your pr card application to gc key?

No I haven’t done that. I didn’t know I needed to. When I arrived at the border, the officer just said it would arrive at the address I provided. I didn’t know I needed to do anything else.

Yes, your pr card application has been done by the officer.
